I sent them my beloved Phoenix Phreerunner tent to get a new groundsheet sewn in. They sent a blunt email and the tent back with "we don't repair mouldy tents". When I received the tent back the so-called "mould" was in fact a very small amount of mildew. And why wouldn't it have some mildew- its 20 years old!? So I sent it to another tent repair company I found on google, who repaired it without any complaint - and did a good job. So I'm back on the trail with my tent - happy again. But be warned!
