  Visited today to post a parcel. Perfect service from lovely counter staff. She explained different rates of postage which helped me to decide how best to send it. She was very pleasant and helpful. Top class service thank you.

  I'm reading the reviews & I must say I'm baffled because I've had a very different experience contrary to the reviews. On one occasion I went in to post a parcel although the last time I did this I asked if I could buy a post pack from them to put it in which I did but this time the first woman (both working that day I would say we're middle aged) snapped & said we don't have them you'll have to buy one from the other shops as if I should have known. I went & bought packaging then returned & went to the counter this time to the other woman because the other one was serving someone else & asked if they had an address label because the only packaging I could find didn't have a label like the post packs do. She then said oh we don't have them you have to do everything yourself so I said ok what should I put on it to write the address & she snapped & said well you just write on it & rolled her eyes. Both women that day I felt were very patronising & rude I felt (I'm in my thirties but people often think I'm in my twenties) so I don't know if that's how they treat their younger customers or people who aren't regular but I thought the customer service was an absolute disgrace that day & if it ever happened again I would complain. I work for telephone banking & our conversations with customers are heavily monitored if we ever spoke to a customer like that we'd be hauled over the coals trust me. I had to go back the other day as I'd received a parcel that didn't belong to me & I was dreading it but this time it was a younger girl on the counter with dark red hair (might have been dyed) but she was very pleasant & said I should try taking it to the sorting office as they may send it back for free rather than me paying to post it back. So as you can see a total different experience compared with some of the other reviews.
